D.I.S. - Distortio-Inceptic Spirits - The Story Behind the Album

Once upon a time, there was a man who fell in love with a beautiful woman. Every day, this man would rejoice and celebrate this match made in heaven, this ceremonious matrimony. One day, however, the man finds himself at conflict with his own integrity for the woman commands the man to accomplish feats and fulfill promises he cannot keep, and his happiness seems almost too good to be true; not to mention that these tasks disregarded his own belief in God! Because of this, the man begins to regret tossing out his own dignity and integrity for a woman who won't respect that aspect of him, the part of him that makes him, him. Yes indeed, he'd go as far as to say that the death of these characteristics of his was a martyr, for he used to be such a nice and caring man of God before meeting this woman. The feeling of regret confines the man until finally the man soon splits up with the woman, yet by doing so he realizes that, in the relationship, he was made to feel useless without her, and the only closure he obtains is through the knowledge that he did the right thing: try to rekindle his relationship with The Creator.

Distortio-Inceptic Spirits is the first music album The Afrocentric Jukeboxx and The SterlingMan have produced. It tells the story of a man and his struggle to maintain a relationship while keeping his integrity. Although, circumstances and situations cause the man to regret this unstable relationship and he considers himself lost and his spirit distorted by doing things he wishes he hadn't. This man is Jermaine McClellan.
